Westwood Curtis Construction created a new subdivision near Driggs, ID which included construction of roads, ponds, bridges and landscaping berms as well as the installation of a complete infrastructure system including water, mains, sewer mains, services and underground utilities. Construction of the development accounted for more than 8,000 cubic yards of subgrade excavation, 17,000 lineal feet of v-ditches, over 23,000 tons of aggregate for the road surface and 4,800 tons of asphalt pavement. Also included in the project were nearly 9,000 lineal feet of water main, 2,700 feet of water services, 2 pump stations and 145,000 square feet of pond liner. The project was awarded based on bid value and a technical approach.
