A majority of the work that Westwood Curtis Construction performs is underground utility installation consisting mostly of water, sewer and storm pipe. Our pipe crews have decades of experience installing pipelines and the core personnel of these crews has remained relatively unchanged for the past 10 years. Experience coupled with equipment designed specifically for this type of work allows us to be competitive in most bidding situations. Our equipment fleet includes zero radius excavators with longer main booms to increase productivity and effectiveness in confined city streets and alleys. In addition to the safer swing radius of our machines, trench box and other shoring equipment is standard in almost all pipeline excavations.
