Teton County, Wyoming was charged with completion of the bankrupt Snake River Sporting Club using surety monies provided in the county bond. Westwood Curtis Construction, Inc. was awarded the contract to complete the installation of the HDPE pressure sewer and water distribution system in preparation of certificates of occupancy to be issued. Key portions of the contract included the installation of the water distribution system at the water storage tank, construction of a chlorination system, subsurface stabilization and completion of the water storage tank, repairs to the existing HDPE pipeline, completion of pressure reducing stations and dosing siphons, and roadway completion. Due to the deficient installation of the previously installed HDPE piping, Westwood Curtis had to locate and repair water and sewer leaks prior to the substantial completion.
