Beginning in 2012, Westwood Curtis Construction teamed with the City of Rawlins, Wyoming to install 6,800 lineal feet of water main, 600 lineal feet of sewer, all appurtenances and street reconstruction. Westwood Curtis personnel used a combination of open trenching and pipe bursting to effectively replace the existing mainlines.
